White Lotus Travel Experiences (WLTE) was born from a simple idea: that travel, when done right, has the power to transform. We’re a team of passionate tourism professionals—graduates of the Indian Institute of Tourism & Travel Management—who have spent over a decade working in the field and, more importantly, learning from it. Our aim is to bring a sense of depth, emotion and authenticity back into travel, especially across the Indian subcontinent where every corner holds centuries of stories waiting to be told.

We’re not in this business to sell packages—we’re here to create experiences that linger. Whether it’s a quiet sunrise in Ladakh, a temple ceremony in Tamil Nadu, or a spontaneous cup of tea in a Himalayan village, we believe in slow, intentional travel that connects people with place. Over the years, we’ve designed and delivered memorable journeys through India, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and beyond for guests from all over the world, many of whom return to us as friends.

The name “White Lotus” itself is inspired by the Lotus Temple in Delhi—an emblem of harmony, inclusivity and spiritual depth. Just like its namesake, WLTE welcomes everyone with open arms and open minds. We take pride in our deep local knowledge, strong operational capabilities, and warm, personalised service.
